Nature's Medley is owned and operated by KHUSHI FOODS (Proprietorship, Proprietor: Rekha), a business engaged in preparing and selling food products including dry fruit powders, sattu mixes, seed mixes, and related items across India.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian, to transact on this Website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

1.3 Product Information & Description

Product images, colours, and packaging shown on the Website are for representational purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography, screen settings, or batch-to-batch natural variation. Customers must always refer to the physical product label for:

• Nutritional information and net quantity
• Manufacturing and best-before dates
• Storage and usage instructions

In case of any discrepancy between the Website description and the physical label, the physical label shall prevail.

• If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled by us, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 4 to 5 business days.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• Prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice; the price confirmed at the time of order placement is final and binding for that order.
• We accept payments through the modes displayed at checkout (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available).
• Coupon codes, referral credits, and promotional discounts are subject to their own validity period, minimum order value, and eligibility conditions, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
